Orders not collected within a reasonable period may no longer be suitable for consumption.

 

9. Eat-In Orders

Eat-in orders are prepared fresh to order.


Preparation times may vary depending on demand.


We appreciate your patience during busy periods.

 

10. Delivery Services
Delivery orders are fulfilled independently by third-party providers including Uber Eats and Deliveroo.


Once an order has been accepted by a delivery platform, delivery times, driver availability, delivery charges and delivery-related enquiries should be directed to the relevant provider.


We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from third-party delivery services once an order has left our premises.

 

11. Menu Availability
All menu items are subject to availability.


Occasionally ingredients may become unavailable.


Where appropriate, we may:
•    substitute ingredients with suitable alternatives; 
•    contact you to discuss available options; or 
•    cancel and refund the affected item if no suitable alternative is available.
